We try to correct mistakes as soon as we can, and to be open about it.
When we correct a factual error, we update the article and may add a note explaining what changed.
Small fixes such as typos or formatting may be made without a note.
Significant updates show an "Updated" time on the article.
We generally do not remove published articles. If we have to, for example for legal reasons, we may say so.
To report an error, use the Contact page and choose "Report an error / correction", and include the article link. We look at the reports we receive, but we may not be able to reply to each one.
