The Super 500 title added 9,200 points to her tally. A week ago, Sindhu entered the top 10 by jumping three places to eighth after reaching the French Open final, where she lost to World No. 1 An Se-young.

The last time she was in the top five was October 2022, when she was briefly World No. 5.
